Services
Black Table provides web development and digital design. Specific terms for each project are agreed separately in a client agreement before kickoff.
Booking calls
A call booked via /book is non-binding. No agreement is in place until we send you a proposal you accept in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, structure and design of this website are protected by copyright and trademark law. Don't copy, modify or distribute the materials without written consent. For our clients, you own what we deliver to you. That's regulated separately in the client agreement.
Limitation of liability
The content on this website is informational and may contain errors or become outdated. We accept no liability for losses arising from use of the information here. For delivered projects, liability is regulated in the client agreement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be heard by a Norwegian court with Vestfold tingrett as the venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
